The idea of transitioning from a five-day to a four-day workweek is gaining traction, and it's about time. While a four-day workweek is certainly better than the current five-day grind, I believe we should aim even higher—for a zero-day workweek where people are free to pursue their passions without being bound by corporate employment. One of the most significant benefits of a four-day workweek is the improvement in worker well-being. With more time to relax and unwind, employees are likely to experience less stress and greater job satisfaction. This, in turn, can lead to increased productivity and efficiency.
