Navigating the Meaning Crisis Through Emergent Learning and Intelligence

In the modern world, humanity faces a profound challenge often referred to as the Meaning Crisis. This term describes the widespread sense of purposelessness and existential disconnection that has arisen as traditional societal structures, values, and beliefs have diminished in influence. Compounding this issue is the advent of a post-labor society, where automation and artificial intelligence are rapidly reducing the need for human labor. With work—once a core source of purpose—being rendered obsolete for many, the search for meaning becomes even more urgent.
